Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors associated with family resilience among non-disabled adult siblings of individuals with chronic mental illness. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted from December 2025 to February 2026 among 161 non-disabled adult siblings registered at community mental health welfare centers and psychosocial rehabilitation facilities in South Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results: In the final hierarchical regression model, higher social support (β=.30, p<.001), higher monthly household income of the family of origin (β=.21, p=.001), lower caregiving burden (β=-.24, p=.003), and earlier birth order (β=-.14, p=.044) were significantly associated with greater family resilience. The final model explained 46.0% of the variance in family resilience (R2=.46; adjusted R2=.42). Conclusion: These findings suggest the importance of recognizing non-disabled adult siblings as a distinct population for psychiatric nursing support. Community psychiatric mental health nurses should proactively assess sibling caregiving strain, facilitate future care planning, and strengthen formal and informal social support systems before full caregiving succession.
